Monna Casey

Monna Casey, 50, a compassionate soul who devoted her life to her family and the care of others, passed away on July 9th, 2023. Monna's generosity permeated every aspect of her life, from her professional work as a CNA at Springview Health & Rehab to her personal relationships. Her loving nature and thoughtful actions touched countless lives, leaving a legacy of kindness and selflessness that will be remembered by all who knew her.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Monna cherished spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. There was a special spark in Monna's eye whenever she was around her grandchildren, Maci Caddell, Cole Webster, and Traley Webster. Her daughter, Haley Casey, and her son-in-law, Henry Webster, were the light of her life. Monna's boyfriend, Kevin Roberts, was a constant source of love and support. She also leaves behind her sister, Joyce McGuire, and brother, Freddie Casey, along with her nieces, Ashley Lindsey and Madison West, who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Monna was preceded in death by her sister, Tracey Casey, and her parents, William and Linda Casey.

We invite all who knew and loved Monna to join us in celebrating her life. Visitation will be held at Caneyville Memorial Chapel from 10 until time of services on Wednesday. The funeral service will take place at the same location on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023, at 12:00pm.
