James Payton

James "Jamie" Daniel Payton, age 42 of Owensboro passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Continue Care Hospital in Madisonville, Kentucky. He was born September 27, 1979 in Owensboro, Kentucky the son of Daniel and Paulette Wilson Payton. James loved children and they loved him. He enjoyed Monster Truck Shows, fishing and scary movies. Left to honor James' memory are his parents, Daniel and Paulette Payton of Olaton, his brother, Kyle (Gabrielle) Payton of Sturgis, his niece, Annika Payton of Sturgis and his nephew, Graham Payton of Sturgis. Graveside services will be held at a later date. Caneyville Memorial Chapel is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Payton.
