Glindell Tarrence

Glindell Tarrence, age 74, of Caneyville, passed away Saturday, March 1st, 2014 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. He was born on June 17th, 1939 in Grayson County, the son of the late James Lukis and Mary Lee (Mollyhorn) Tarrence. He was retired from the Timber Industry. Glindell is survived by his brothers, Mike and Ricky Tarrence and his twin brother, Kendol Tarrence all of Caneyville and four sisters, Lovell Bratcher and Brenda Priest both of Caneyville, Marcel Dockery of Morgantown and Betty Kerr of Leitchfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his three brothers, Tressie Tarrence, Lyndol Tarrence and Billy Tarrence and two sisters, Patricia Tarrence and Erma Busby. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro Stevie Embry will be officiating. Burial will be in the Bates Cemetery.Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Sunday, March 2nd from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, March 3rd from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
