Donald Gootee

Donald L. Gootee, age 66 of Caneyville passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 18, 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky the son of Charles Robert and Eunice P. Murray Gootee. He is survived by his wife, Connie Gootee, sons, Christopher Lee Gootee (Emily) and Matthew Cole Gootee, grandchild, Quinn Gootee, sisters, Charlene Reinacker and Pamela Neal, brother, Robert Gootee, nephew, Donnie Neal and niece, Melissa Crowley. Cremation was chosen in lieu of burial and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Caneyville Memorial Chapel is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Gootee.
