Clara Frith

Clara Brown Frith age 88 of Leitchfield, KY passed away Monday August 30th, 2021 at her residence in Sebring, FL. She was born on July 27th 1933 to Claude Richard Byrd and Mary Byrd Cook in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. She spent the majority of her life sharing the Gospel and preaching the Word of God from the State of Michigan to Kentucky and everywhere in between. She was a woman who loved the Lord and loved working for Him and did so until her dying day. Everyone who knew her loved her. She left a mark on this world and will be greatly missed. Clara was preceded in death by husband James Brown, son Larry Brown Sr., husband Glen Frith, parents Richard Byrd & Mary Byrd Cook. Also preceded by brothers Richard (Buddy) Byrd, Jackie Cook and sister Marie Morring. She is survived by grandson Larry (Boo) Brown Jr. (Tricia) great grandsons Nicholas Brown (Chelsea), Ryan Brown (Angie) Four great, great grandchildren: Jaiden, Riley, Christopher (CJ) & Chloe. Also survived by sisters Ruby Pearce, Pat Flippo, Lynn Russell, Millie Baker, Gloria Cooley, Helen Byrd & brother Jimmy Cook. Missed by many nieces, nephews and many friends and loved ones. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15th 2021 at the Caneyville Memorial Chapel with Bro. Jack Cockerell officiating. She will be laid to rest in the New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Caneyville Memorial Chapel is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Frith.
